You and I are unique and our perception of stress is equally unique. Stress is the dis-ease of a nurse's career and personal life. I am committed to helping you to control and eliminate this work and life related hazard.
I work with nurses who struggle with stress, on and off the job. I would like to help you, my friend take the stress out of your life. Making everything about you stress resistant.
What makes my consulting, workshops, and seminars different from crisis management is that I take stress out of nurses lives, one nurse at a time. Also my clients can receive individual, real-life non-clinical thus non-job threating , tools and coaching to eliminate all kinds of stress.
I ask the same questions and I always get the same reply. Question: Why do you not recognize stress for what it is? Why do you choose to ignore it and just let it happen? The Answer: I don' t have time!
Time is the biggest excuse. Time is not a tangible thing like a cup of coffee or a sandwich. The old phrases don't apply, you can't buy time, make time, borrow time, spend time, or find time.
Unless you are from another planet you have the gift of 24 hours in one day, on more, no less. Ok, Ellen, your saying, " Tell me something I don't know already," and " not another time management self-help".
No, my dear nurse I am not going to preach about time management or even sending you to crisis management classes, or heaven for bide human resources. All these people, ideas, and agencies were fine in their day, not now!!
As I work with nurses daily, nurses in a hospital, home health, offices, traveling nurses, female or male, makes no difference, to make tools and information available to them. I have the same help available to you. I'm writing several e-books and will be sending them out to you soon. My books will have insights, inspirations and all the good stuff, yes, help 24/7. So please stay tuned.
